Overview

We only accept returns and offer refunds for items that are physically damaged during shipping.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be damaged upon delivery

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order

  • Proof of damage (photos/videos of the product and packaging) is required

Refund Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

Non-Returnable Cases

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer

  • Minor variations in color or design
